Rhythmichrome by composer Chris Brown aka CBmuse consists of interactive electronic improvisations thru melodies, harmonies and their rhythmic equivalences from my song cycle “Occhio” setting poetry by Erika Dagnino. Those “equivalences” are extensions of the Cowell-Theremin instrument concept of Rhythmicon. Video created by Johanna Poethig for this piece was projected as part of the performance at this 34 year old festival.
